16 pieces of the current collection. 1 each of the Spring collection flavors.
- Orange, Almond, Coffee: Coffee Caramel, Almond Praline with hint of orange. Together tastes like you dipped your biscotti in your coffee
- London Fog: Earl Grey caramel, on a white chocolate earl grey ganache. Like having a special earl grey latte, while chatting with your bestie.
- Champagne: champagne gel and white chocolate champagne ganache. If you let this linger on the palate, you may get a hint of "pop" to replicate the champagne fizz.
- Pineapple Upside Down Cake: Pineapple Caramel and ganache pay homage to the not so humble cake.
- Blackberry Thyme: Light and fluffy blackberry marshmallow with blackberry ganache lightly infused with thyme.
- Peanut Butter Fluff: Peanut Butter Nougat - Light and fluffy, and a bit addictive.
- Cherry Cheesecake: Cherry gel, cream cheese ganache, gluten free graham crust.
- Hazelnut Praline: Traditional dark chocolate hazelnut praline with a bit of crunch.
- Brown Butter Salted Caramel: creamy, soft caramel, with brown butter for added layer of complexity.
- Rosemary Caramel: soft caramel with the added complexity of savory rosemary.
- Salted Caramel: Traditional hand dipped salted caramel. (you can choose between this and the brown butter caramel)
- Carrot Cake: all the flavors of carrot cake in a cream cheese "frosting" ganache.
- Rhubarb Crisp: rhubarb gel and ganache with oat praline "crust". I grew up eating rhubarb crisp with rhubarb grown in our garden. I still get to use the rhubarb from my parents' garden.
- Mint Cookie: dark chocolate and mint ganache with a dark chocolate cookie praline crust.
- Banoffee Pie: banana caramel, vanilla custard ganache, gluten free graham and toffee crust.
- Lemon Meringue: vanilla bean marshmallow, with refreshing lemon ganache.

Happy Tasting!

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight & heat. Flavors shine best at room temperature. If you must store in in the refrigerator, enclose in a sealed bag or container - chocolates can absorb flavors from other items. Bring to room temperature before enjoying.
The flavors are more vibrant if consumed within 2 weeks of delivery. Enjoy before the "best enjoyed" date. For the February Collection, this is 3/15/26.
