Dessert Combo (nut free)
Lemon Meringue:  vanilla bean marshmallow, with refreshing lemon ganache. 
Carrot Cake:  all the flavors of carrot cake in a cream cheese frosting ganache. 
Rhubarb Crisp:  rhubarb gel and ganache with oat praline "crust".  I grew up eating rhubarb crisp with rhubarb grown in our garden.  I still get to use the rhubarb from my parents' garden.
