  • Caramallow - Cardamom Marshmallow on a cardamom ganache.  This is like an upgraded cup of hot chocolate. (egg)
  • Irish Cream - Bailey's infused white chocolate ganache. (alcohol)
  • Cranberry Orange Almond - Cranberry jelly on a almond and orange praline. (tree nut)
  • Buttered Rum - 2 layers of yum.  buttered rum caramel on a buttered rum ganache. (alcohol)
  • Gingerbread Caramel.  All the holiday flavors linger in your mouth after a bit of this soft caramel.
  • Egg nog - white chocolate ganache with nutmeg, and hints of cognac, rum, and amaretto. (alcohol)
  • Rosemary Juniper - the rosemary soft caramel gets a hit of holiday with a mild juniper addition. 
  • Mint Dark Chocolate - hint of mint in a dark chocolate ganache
  • Hazelnut Coffee Caramel - small amount of coffee caramel with a whipped hazelnut praline (tree nut)
  • Champagne - champagne jelly on a champagne ganache.  Let this one linger on the tongue and you'll find hints of "bubbles" (alcohol)
  • Pecan Pie - Maple caramel with pecan praline (tree nut)
  • Brown Butter Salted Caramel - all the goodness of salted caramel upleveled with browned butter
  • Cherry Cheesecake - cherry pate de fruit gel on a seriously delicious cream cheese white chocolate ganache with a gluten free graham crust
  • Banoffee Pie - banana caramel, vanilla bean white chocolate ganache, gluten free graham and toffee crust.
  • Truffled Honey - dark chocolate ganache with honey and black truffle.

  • Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight & heat. Flavors shine best at room temperature. If you must store in in the refrigerator, enclose in a sealed bag or container - chocolates can absorb flavors from other items. Bring to room temperature before enjoying.

     

    The flavors are more vibrant if consumed within 2 weeks of delivery. Enjoy before the "best enjoyed" date.  For the Winter Collection, this is 1/15/26.
